JT’s Plumbing & Gas Fitting – Service Pricing

At JT’s Plumbing & Gas Fitting, we believe in transparent pricing with no hidden surprises.

Residential & Maintenance Service Rates

Minimum Service Charge: $165.00 incl. GST

Our minimum service charge includes:

• Travel to site within our standard service area
• Attendance by a qualified technician
• The first 30 minutes of onsite labour

Labour Thereafter

Labour is charged at $125.00 + GST per hour ($137.50 incl. GST) after the first 30 minutes and is billed in 15-minute increments.

Materials

Any materials, fixtures, fittings or specialist equipment required to complete the works will be charged in addition to labour.

Travel Outside Standard Service Area

Travel charges may apply for works located outside our standard Brisbane service area. Any applicable travel charges will be discussed prior to attendance.

Quotations

Where requested, quotations are based on the information available at the time of inspection. Additional works, concealed defects, variations or unforeseen site conditions may result in additional charges, which will be discussed with the client before proceeding where practicable.

Terms of Service

By engaging JT’s Plumbing & Gas Fitting, you agree to the following:

• Payment is due in accordance with the payment terms stated on your invoice.
• All materials supplied remain the property of JT’s Plumbing & Gas Fitting until paid in full.
• Additional labour and materials required due to concealed defects, non-compliant installations, deterioration of existing infrastructure or unforeseen site conditions are chargeable.
• Clearing a blocked drain does not guarantee the underlying cause has been permanently rectified. CCTV inspection may be recommended to identify defects or recurring causes.
• Quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
• Plumbing, drainage and gas works will be completed in accordance with applicable legislation, Australian Standards and QBCC requirements.
• Customers are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the work area.
• Returned visits due to unrelated faults or issues outside the scope of the original works are chargeable.
• Warranty applies to workmanship and supplied materials in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. Warranty does not apply to customer-supplied materials, misuse, accidental damage, pre-existing defects or faults unrelated to the original works.
• Emergency call-outs, after-hours works and public holiday attendance may attract additional charges.
